1. Delete your account in the app
Open the PIXBIBLE app and go to Settings → Delete account.
You'll be asked to type your username to confirm it's your account. Once you type it correctly and tap "Delete permanently," your account is deleted immediately.
This process is the same regardless of how you signed in (username/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In).
2. If you no longer have the app or can't sign in
If you can't access the app, you can request deletion by emailing dksk1234234@gmail.com and stating the username (or the Google/Apple account email) used to sign up.
After we verify your identity, your account and data will be deleted within 7 business days.
3. What is deleted, and how long we retain it
Deletion is immediate and destroys the following: username, password (stored encrypted), name, email, social sign-in (Google/Apple) identifiers, memorization progress and grade records, bookmarks, and app settings (theme, language).
Your account and the data above are destroyed as soon as a deletion request is processed; we do not retain a separate copy.
Where the law requires us to retain certain records (e.g., payment records), we retain only that data for the legally required period before deleting it.
4. Deleting only some data without deleting your account
We do not currently offer a way to delete only specific data while keeping your account active.
If you want a specific piece of data removed, email dksk1234234@gmail.com and we will review and process your request individually.
